
Charles R.B. Beckmann, MD
Dr. Beckmann’s practice is dedicated to general obstetrics and gynecology and primary women’s healthcare. His special interests
include geriatric gynecology, multicultural healthcare, family planning and issues surrounding sexual assault and abuse. He
has served as the Director of Medical Education, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Paley OBGYN Associates since October
2001.
Dr. Beckmann earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Rush
Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago and then received his master’s degree in education from the University of
Illinois, also in Chicago. He has been a fellow at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists since 1983. Dr.
Beckmann is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology.
Philip Horn, MD
Dr. Horn’s special interests include menopausal issues, osteoporosis, premenstrual syndrome and sexually transmitted diseases.
With over a dozen years of experience, he currently serves as the Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology
at Germantown Community Health Services.
Horn received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his internship and residency at Pennsylvania
Hospital. He is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology.
David Jaspan, DO
Dr. Jaspan has a special interest in adolescent medicine, incontinence, infertility, menopausal issues, nutrition, osteoporosis,
premenstrual syndrome, sexually transmitted diseases, sexual dysfunction and urogynecology. He has special expertise in performing
minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Jaspan completed his medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, including his internship and
residency. He is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology.
Hyun-Joo Lee, MD
Dr. Lee’s special interests include incontinence, menopausal issues, osteoporosis, premenstrual syndrome, sexually transmitted
diseases and adolescent gynecology counseling.
Dr. Lee earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and she completed her internship and residency at Albert
Einstein Medical Center. She is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology.
Claire Robinson, MD
Dr. Robinson has practiced medicine for more than 15 years. She has a special interest in adolescent gynecology, endometriosis,
fibroid tumors, menopausal issues, osteoporosis, premenstrual syndrome, sexually transmitted diseases and uterine fibroids.
Dr. Robinson has developed a program for alternatives to hysterectomy in conjunction with the Radiology Department at Albert
Einstein Medical Center.
Dr. Robinson earned her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency at Temple University
Hospital. She is board certified in obstetrics/gynecology.
