Tour of Maternity Unit
Schedule a complete tour of the maternity areas at your convenience. The tour includes our labor and delivery unit, intensive care nursery, and the mother and baby unit. Cost: free.

Prepared Childbirth Classes
The six-week prepared childbirth classes focus on the anatomy and physiology of the body, how labor works, pain and pain-relief strategies, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum care. Classes are two hours each week. Cost: $60 per couple.

One-Day Prepared Childbirth Class
A one-day prepared childbirth class condenses all of the information from our six-week series into one day. This class is ideal for people who have a busy schedule, but still would like to prepare for their birthing experience. Lunch is provided. Class space is limited. Cost: $60 per couple.

Sibling Preparation Classes
This class focuses on preparing the sibling for the new role of "big" brother or sister. The class is most appropriate for children between ages four and eight. Parents are required to accompany their child. Tour of the maternity unit is provided. Class lasts one hour. Cost: $10 per family.

Breastfeeding/Newborn Care Classes
During the first hour, we will explore the myths about breastfeeding and offer reasons why you may want to breastfeed. The class covers how the breast is used to feed the baby and the benefits both the mother and baby receive from breastfeeding. The second hour of the class focuses on basic newborn care as well as the various tests conducted in the hospital after the birth of your baby. Cost: $10 per couple.
