Albert Einstein Medical Center is a fully accredited Level I Regional Trauma Center with comprehensive capabilities for the treatment of traumatic brain and spinal injuries. Our multidisciplinary team of physicians includes trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons and other specialists. This team provides expert emergency care for patients and helps coordinate postoperative rehabilitation care.

After patients with traumatic brain injury have been stabilized, they often transfer to the nationally and internationally renowned Drucker Brain Injury Center at MossRehab adjacent to Einstein Medical Center. Patients with spinal injuries can also find comprehensive rehabilitative care at MossRehab’s Spinal Cord Injury Program, which has been designated by the National Institutes of Health as a Model System of Care. Our partnership with MossRehab, one of the country’s premier rehabilitation facilities, provides for a continuum of care unmatched in the Delaware Valley or anywhere else.
