We think our patients, their families and visitors deserve the best care we can deliver: excellent clinical care, timely and accurate information and quick resolution of problems. That’s where the Patient Services Department comes in. Serving our inpatient facilities and emergency departments, our patient advocates are a liaison and resource for patients, staff and community. They address issues involving patient rights and patient satisfaction. They also provide notary services and help patients access interpreters, chaplains, financial counseling and other services.
