Whenever you have questions or needs that are not being addressed by your healthcare team, you can call a patient advocate.
Patient advocates act as liaisons between patients and staff to resolve problems and advocate for patients’ rights. They help
with special needs or requests, give information about network services, provide emotional support to patients and manage
our Hospitality House. Patient advocates provide information and guidance about end-of-life decisions ( advance directives, termination of life support, Do Not Resuscitate orders, etc.) and also provide notary services for medical issues.
Patient advocates are available at Albert Einstein Medical Center (AEMC) Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Patient Advocates are also available at Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5
p.m. Click here to contact Patient Services or call the Patient Hotline at 215-456-6334.
