Welcome to MossRehab where we are committed to creating a caring and healing environment for our patients and their families. The
hospital visiting hours have been set to support the clinical and emotional needs of our patients.

Do you have any of the following:

- Vomiting or diarrhea?
- Fever?
- Sore throat?
- Cough, cold, or runny nose?
- Cold sore?
If you answer yes to any of these questions, you should wait to visit the patient until you feel better or you speak with
a care provider.
Visitor Passes and Number of Visitors
We ask that visitors get a visitor pass at the information desk in the main lobby. Please have passes visible and available
for presentation upon request.
Due to space limitations and our concern for everyone’s safety and privacy,we ask that there only
be two visitors present at the bedside at a time.
Code of Conduct:
All visitors must conduct themselves appropriately at all times, respect hospital staff, and policy. Failure to follow these
requests may result in visitors being asked to leave.
Waiting Areas
General visitor lounge areas are located in the main lobby. The cafeteria, located on the main floor, is also available to
visitors 24 hours a day.
Children
We ask that the patient and family speak with the nurse to determine if it would be possible for a child, under the age of
12, to visit. The nursing staff will work with patients and family members to review the patient’s current condition and whether
it might pose any concerns to a child. The staff will also work with the patient and family to determine a timeframe and length
for the visit. Children given permission to visit must be supervised by a responsible adult, who is not the patient, at all
times.
General Visitation
Hours: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
For patient privacy and dignity, there may be times during medical procedures, nursing procedures, or therapy sessions when
visitors will be asked to wait in a lounge or lobby area.
