Emergency Department
A full service Emergency Department, located on the Germantown Community Health Services campus, is fully staffed by board
certified Emergency Medicine physicians and provides medical emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Crisis Response Center
The Crisis Response Center provides emergency psychiatric services to children and adults 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A 36-bed Long Term Structured Residence provides a residence for adults with chronic behavioral health care needs.

Willow Terrace
Willow Terrace, a long-term care residence for older adults who are no longer able to safely maintain an independent lifestyle
is also located on the Germantown Community Health Services campus. Recommended visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please
note that the front doors are locked at 8 p.m. When the front doors are locked, please enter through the Emergency Department

Germantown Community Health Services
Germantown Community Health Services offers outpatient services on-site for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. A
cardiology practice is also located on the campus to provide state of the art cardiology services to adults who require these
special healthcare services.
